Hey everyone! Did you know that improving ankle mobility can significantly enhance your overall movement? Here's a quick step-by-step tutorial to boost that flexibility: 1. Sit comfortably with your legs extended. 2. Slowly rotate your ankle in a circular motion, 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. 3. Point your toes forward, then pull them back towards you, repeating 15 times. 4. Use a resistance band: loop it around your foot, hold the ends, and push your foot away, then slowly return.
