I don't think our mind deals in facts... there are infinite facts.... I think my mind deals in opportunities.... shaped by social situations; usually i see a beer bottle as a bottle to hold beer.... but in a barfight... a beer bottle can be a weapon.

minimum viable "city"... my thoughts.... just buy a house... and rent out rooms... or better yet, a farm... permaculture farm use the farm for "ecological services" like waste, water, energy, keep half... sell or rent half giving shares to buyers
