@cassie a while back you mentioned a vitamin routine you do for sleeping. I think I remember you saying Magnesium is part of it. Was wondering your exact formula again. Trying to experiment with some things for sleeping.

Never mentioned vitamins, I just take melatonin and Benadryl — first 10mg melatonin and 50mg Benadryl an hour before bed, then 5mg melatonin and 25mg Benadryl when going to bed. Not exactly a healthy way to go about it 😅
