The problem. Why this problem? Why are you uniquely positioned to tackle it? Early conversations with potential users can reveal a lot about the problem. Show us what you've learned from talking with them.

Avoid the fluff. We prefer substance over superfluous words. Be direct, use concise language, avoid jargon. Tell us about your insights, and how they inform your product. Give us the facts about your idea/business.
