@ledgerofficial why is this a restriction? 

I want to add separate signers to Safes, I don't want to send them all assets just to do this. Is there no work around?

yea i think i could setup on another wallet and create accounts like that, i just wanted to keep this ledger separate from anything else. 

and this happened the first time i used the ledger, so it was quite an annoying first impression. I really can't see any benefit at all from that restriction. like what am i going to do, DOS my hardware wallet? lol

Do you need to add these accounts to Ledger Live ?
I still have the option to derivate the accounts using another wallet like Rabby
