The crypto market continues to show unexpected movements, especially in the context of the current macroeconomic changes. This was stated by QCP Asia researchers. They noted that amid the historic rise of the S&P 500 index, which reached a new peak due to ‘the expansion of bullish momentum beyond the famous “Magnificent Seven”, small companies are beginning to show surprising strength.’ The researchers highlighted that such organisations have outperformed large corporations in 2 of the last 3 rate cut cycles. This raises the question of whether Bitcoin, given the growing correlation between cryptocurrencies and small-company stocks, can outperform other risk assets. According to analysts, there is a curious trend in the cryptocurrency market: for the 12th day in a row, experts have recorded steady inflows of funds into spot ETFs on Bitcoin, while Ethereum has been facing outflows for 8 days.

Interesting insights from QCP Asia researchers. The correlation between small-company stocks and cryptocurrencies is indeed intriguing. I'm curious to see if Bitcoin will continue to outperform other risk assets given this trend.
