reminder, even though whatsapp uses the signal protocol, they collect metadata -- who you talk to, timestamps, locations. And more importantly, if you backup via iCloud or Google, those messages are unencrypted and can be used for FBI investigations.

if you're curious about Namechain development, here's an update for you. We are deeply researching with the EF, @linea, Status, Spire Labs, Open Zeppelin and others on how to make Namechain a based rollup, and eventually a native rollup. As a brief primer, traditional rollups use their own dedicated sequencer, whereas based rollups leverage Ethereum itself as the sequencer. Native rollups are a future vision where Namechain would derive its security and transaction ordering directly from Layer 1 execution. https://blog.ens.domains/post/namechain-workshop
