In chess, one of the core tenets of improvement is "don't make the same mistake twice". In chess, you have to remember, because you can't reference anything in a game. In real life, we get to use these beautiful things called checklists, where we can store all of the mistakes we've made before, and tick them off one by one, until we're perfect, or until we make the next mistake.
Make checklists, systems, automations. Do not forget to externalize things. It makes life easier. 0 reply
