Most people default to sitting for almost everything they do — work, meals, TV, etc. I like defaulting to walking for as many activities as I can. Especially calls. But also podcasts, dictations, meetings, etc. You can default to walking more too. Here is what that looks like:

Pacing gets a bad rap as being correlated with nervousness but really it is just a helpful activity to promote better thinking
