I’d say something like 

Web3 is a way to have,send or acquire digital assets without the need for banks or any organization. It simply is for the people. By the people. And it’s all done on the internet and uses a mechanism called blockchain technology. This mechanism is what keeps your money safe. There is no blockchain owner. It’s simple just for the people. It doesn’t need a regulatory body.
