I’d take both. Slight preference for non-relative.

history in what format? like casual non-relative "here's a neat thing that happened back in 2013" or more of a relatable history like "oh this current thing happening is analogous to this thing that happened in 2013"

fun fact of the day. the man who invented the machine gun did so because he thought it would reduce the size of armies and thus deaths (because most wartime deaths come from disease).

World War I proved him very wrong.
