How do you stay consistent engaging positively on Farcaster regardless of where your mental health is at? For me I try to remember that Farcaster always makes me feel better, whereas other social media doesn’t

Nothing wrong with breaks, but also nothing wrong with not always being positive. I think it's refreshing to be real. (Just hopefully it's not constant negativity, and certainly no malice)

I feel like someone wise once said "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." Somehow that advice only seems to get more and more relevant. Other social networks optimize for rage bait, which gets the engagement, which sells ads. It's a toxic incentive spiral that burns us all to sell us garbage.
