I’ve entered a serious depressive episode after the return of lifelong back pain. I’m barely leaving my bed. Nothing seems worthwhile. It all ends up the same. On the current course, I can’t see anything in my future besides homelessness. It’s taking everything I’ve got to just type this. #mentalhealth /lens/mentalhealth
