How was the consistency? Sometimes use the Banza chickpea pasta but haven’t in a while

I really liked the texture - it was as chewy as standard pasta and held its shape well in the sauce :)

Does it say what it’s made of? Chickpea ones were alright but don’t have that nice bouncy texture of traditional pastas

It looks like these are a combination of wheat and chickpea protein which may be why they have more of a traditional pasta texture :)
