I see... a sort of "moneygun" as we used to know it, but a separate pool is created for those who get their replies liked by the OC. This is good because it will incentivize users to interact and react with the replies they get.

This is great. Been experimenting. Two technical questions: 1) If you cast with a raindrop, but delete the cast before any likes, do you lose or retain the degen for raindrops on new casts? 2) Is it only divided among likes on first replies to the original cast, or also likes by the author on replies to replies, etc.?

Ok two things sir: 1. Would this be a fair assessment: “The cast is the txn in limbo, the comment is the request on the txn and the like is the auth/sig”? Second: I assume it’s on base because their testnet is more stable than the DL3 testnet atm? No shade, I’d just hoped this was on DL3… 🎩 💜

Interesting experiment. I predict as is, it won't get meaningful adoption from individuals raindropping unless subsidized by degen treasury somehow. Is this meant for orgs? An alternative experiment could be: - token gate casting to a channel with degen - liked casts by mod get algorithmic part of treasury
