I'll play devil's advocate and say that maybe it's best to focus on one clear goal versus three or four different ones. The statement below by @baubergo- struck me: "Without careful direction, we risk becoming just another generic project..." We should be careful not to dilute focus so much that we loose direction.

I was thinking that the amount of DEGEN held in the wallet would be taken into consideration when determining the allowance for the new season. A combination of these things could give holders as much power as influencers. Money cannot be replicated.

Here's a proposal regarding incentives. In a mechanism similar to a Convertible Bond, an NFT plays a role with yield up to a certain value. If Degen rises to maturity or a specified value, it becomes possible to burn the NFT and receive $Degen tokens in return. A Convertible Bond is typically issued by companies that do not want to depress their stock prices. While it can potentially act as a downward pressure on future stock prices when converted, it does not contribute to current selling pressure.

What set DEGEN apart from other projects was the unique combination of memecoin + SocialFi, which fostered a robust community. Without careful direction, we risk becoming just another generic project, which is exactly what we want to avoid imo. How can we continue to build projects that leverage this SocialFi uniqueness, especially since we are still the leaders in this territory?

Great roadmap! Scaling L3 is all about replicating the entire L1 and L2 ecosystem on a centralized server with minimal fees and latency. You need to have an internal DEX, lending, games, ENS, social graphs, NFT marketplaces, a smart wallet, and so on. But mainly social-oriented games.
