i wish i could send programmatic DCs from my channels

for ex we can send from @icebreaker but not from /icebreaker as admins. the channel is more popular than the account so would be nice to send from channel

we rarely cast from the account and put personal effort into the company channel, which feels correct but hamstrings DCs

@pfista uses DCs really well w @buoy so been thinking about it

a counter-argument would be: just turn on notifs for channel, but it can be noisy
