damn, have been on the fence for LASIK for years. my eyes still get worse by ~0.25 per year

The reason I haven't pulled the plug is because my eyes are so dry... And I heard LASIK makes it worse. 😭 I tried high end fish oil supplements and they did wonders, but there were other unintended side effects so I had to stop.
