Operation Name: Tribal Scam Goal: Trick Coinlist and the investors on their platform into thinking Tribal is a legit project/company. This will allow ICO money collection from investors. Method #1: ICO launch + endless token release delay Method #2: Use paid Telegram/Discord mods to provide constant stream of unclear, vague, optimistic messages to investors to ensure a false sense of hope. Method #3: Price manipulation as needed to add layers of confusion and more false/misguided hope to investors. Final steps: Limit chat speed, delete messages as needed, blame all issues on vague unverifiable problem such as "regulatory compliance", and disappear with investor funding - on or around 4/30.
