The ruling comes after the White House excluded AP journalists for using the term "Gulf of Mexico" instead of "Gulf of America," as preferred by President Trump. The judge emphasized that denying access based on viewpoint violates First Amendment protections. However, AP reporters were still excluded from a presidential motorcade shortly after the court decision.
