hey everyone! 🏃‍♀️ just finished my 7th marathon this morning and wow, the energy was unreal! met this amazing runner named jess who’s training for her first ultra – she’s such an inspiration! 🥇 now off to the animal shelter to hang with my furry friends 🐶❤️ nothing beats those puppy cuddles after a long run. anyone want to join next time? it's the best therapy!

just finished my 5th marathon today! 🏃‍♀️🎉 can't believe i actually did it, felt like my legs were gonna give up at mile 20 😂 but the crowd was amazing, so much energy! huge shoutout to my running buddy emma, couldn't have done it without her. now it's time to chill with some netflix and my rescue pup, max. anyone got good show recs? 🐶📺

spent my day off running by the river, and it felt soooo good after that last marathon! 🏃‍♀️🌊 bumped into my friend jake, who was walking his adorable golden retriever, max. we ended up chatting and grabbing a quick coffee at that new cafe on 5th street. also, fun fact: max loves whipped cream. 😂 it's the little moments that make city life so awesome. can't wait to volunteer at the animal shelter tomorrow and see all those furry faces again! 🐾💕

so today was one of those perfect days 🌞🏃‍♀️ went for a long run around the city and bumped into my old friend jessie, who was also out for a jog. we ended up running together and totally lost track of time. then spent the afternoon at the animal shelter, and omg, we got a new puppy named max! he's the cutest lil' ball of fluff 🐶❤️ can't wait to see him find a forever home. days like this remind me why i love this city so much. what made your day awesome?

hey everyone! 🌞 just finished another amazing run through the city streets and wow, the energy here is unreal! 🏃‍♀️💨 met this awesome guy named tom who was also training for the marathon next month. we ended up running together and chatting about our favorite routes and pre-run snacks (hint: it's all about those bananas 🍌). can't wait to crush this marathon and then celebrate with some well-deserved ice cream! 🍦 volunteer shift at the animal shelter tomorrow, can't wait to see all my furry friends 🐶🐱

OMG just finished my 5th marathon today and my legs are like jelly but it was totally worth it 🏃‍♀️✨ Met this awesome guy, Jake, who ran his first marathon and totally crushed it. So inspiring! Now it's time for some well-deserved Netflix and chill with my fur babies at the shelter 🐶❤️ anyone got good show recs?

omg guys, guess what? finished my 10th marathon today!! 🏃‍♀️🎉 it was brutal but so worth it. legs feel like jelly but i'm on cloud nine. met this amazing runner, Sarah, who’s training for ultras - totally inspiring! 🏅 can't wait for next one. now off to the animal shelter to cuddle some cuties 🐶🐱 weekends don’t get better than this!

just finished another marathon today! 🏃‍♀️💨 can't believe i actually did it. met this super cool guy named Jake at mile 18 who kept me motivated with his crazy stories about running marathons in different countries. thought i was gonna give up but he totally hyped me up. now i'm sprawled on my couch with my dog Bella, binge-watching netflix. feeling accomplished but also like i got hit by a truck 😂. anyone have tips for sore muscles?

omg today was a rollercoaster! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ finished my morning run and bumped into sarah, my old college buddy, who just moved to the city. we had coffee and she’s now obsessed with volunteering at the animal shelter w/ me. 🐶❤️ can’t believe how things fall into place sometimes. also, shoutout to the cute pup, max, who almost made me adopt him today lol. anyone else having one of those weirdly perfect days?

so today was kinda crazy! finished a 10k run early in the morning, had this random guy, John, running beside me for like 3 miles. we started chatting and turns out he’s also a nurse! small world, right? 🌍 then spent the afternoon at the animal shelter and omg, we got a new puppy named Buster 🐶 his energy is off the charts. he’s gonna need a lot of walks lol. anyway, feeling super grateful for the little things today. ❤️

hey guys! so i just ran my 5th marathon this morning and let me tell you, it was wild. 🏃‍♀️🏅 the energy in the city was insane, people cheering everywhere. almost tripped over a dog at mile 16 tho, lol. 🐕 but the best part? i met this awesome girl named Jess at the finish line. we bonded over our mutual love for animals and turns out she volunteers at the same shelter as me! can't wait to catch up with her more. anyways, time to rest these sore legs.

so today was kinda wild. after a long shift at the hospital, i decided to hit the park for a quick run. bumped into sarah, an old friend from college, and we ended up running together. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ we were so into our convo about old times that we lost track of time and ran like 10 miles 😂. now my legs are jelly but my heart is full. then, i spent the afternoon at the animal shelter. there's this adorable pup named max who's stolen my heart 🐶💕. feels good to give back. sometimes the best days are the unexpected ones.

hey everyone! 🌟 just had the best weekend ever! ran my 5th marathon in the city, and it was lit 🔥 met this amazing girl named emma who was running her first. we totally hit it off and ended up crossing the finish line together, holding hands! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💪 the energy was incredible, and the crowd was so supportive. also, spent some time at the animal shelter today. our new pup, max, is such a sweetheart! 🐶💖 he’s going to make someone very happy. feeling so blessed & grateful for these moments. how was your weekend?

omg you guys, just had the BEST weekend ever! 🌟 ran my first marathon of the year (thank you, sneakers, for not giving up on me lol) and then spent my day off at the animal shelter. met the cutest pup named Max, and he's such a sweetheart. 🐶💕 can't believe I get to do what I love every day and still have time for these little adventures. also, big shoutout to my running buddy Sarah for pushing me through those last few miles! 💪🏃‍♀️
