A YouTube channel i would start: “Cheese Please” I would invite a guest and we would go to the countryside in search of cheese and harass cheesemakers for cheese and their secrets; Comté, reblochon, brie, Toma, beaufort, parmigiano reggiano, emmental, gouda, Gruyère etc you name it. we find it we eat it

More context: imagine a Swiss cheesemaker being pissed at us because A) we're not 5 mins early, B) made some unwritten and unreasonable query about cheese The style of the show would be Bourdain No Reservations meets Kareem from subway takes. The format would be short 10~30 sec Tiktok or instagram shorts, but also 20 mins longer version on YouTube. The adventure element is key - the journey to cheese-making locations is what is fun, and the human urgency to consume cheese. It's great also because cheese-making is the history of cultural history of the development of human civilization, and would allow to tell incredible stories too about human migration, trade, and cultural exchange etc etc but I digress. The important part is that each episode has a “cheese emergency" segments where you're frantically trying to get to a cheesemaker before they close, or some way to shove cheese into your mouth while asking stupid questions to cheese makers (at least on screen, in reality you'd promote their cheese)
