Bitcoin price reached new all-time high today.

Started clocking 7-10+ mile days on the treadmill desk and developed really bad knee and hip pain.

Was worried I had to stop but I decided to try switching my cushy “walking” shoes (hokas) for some barefoot merrel shoes.

Pain disappeared in a few days despite maintaining the mileage 🤷‍♂️

Consider trying minimalist shoes to alleviate knee and hip pain.
