Enjoying a specialty from back home in Quebec which is the poutine. French fries 🍟 topped with gravy and cheese 🧀 curds are the norm but there are many variations. This one here I had is for a late breakfast or brunch with the addition of eggs 🍳 and bacon 🥓 #Poutine #Food #Quebec
