Real estate has traditionally been used as stores of value because of how well it fared against the market. Most importantly, it's one of the best assets to hedge against inflation, and the price is going through the roof right now.

Traditional hedges against inflation are assets (e.g., gold, commodities, various real estate investments, and TIPS), but assets are already expensive – only available for those already rich. It’s time for us to change the narrative. Together, we believe we can find better anti-inflation assets in web3.

Inflation is real. A dollar printed is a dollar stolen. CNBC reported that the burger costs an average of $6.05 in the U.S., a 40% increase over the last 10 years. Between Dec. 2020 and Dec. 2021, the annual inflation rate accelerated to 7%. During the same year, the price of a Big Mac also jumped at the same rate. As opposed to the decreasing purchasing power of the US dollar, the purchasing power of the bitcoin has been increasing despite its volatility.
