From March 17, 2025, Toulouse, France, allows Bitcoin and 70+ cryptocurrencies for metro and public transport payments. Passengers can convert crypto to euros via an Android app by Tisséo. A single ticket costs 0.000024 BTC (€1.80). The project is a collaboration with Lyzi and Binance.
