X/Twitter is sucking the focus/energy out of me horrible place to be without having intention, doomscrolling, energy vacuum, same goes for all other social platforms, intention is everything

Uninstall the app from your phone and only use X/Twitter from your computer when you have a deliberate intention. Doomscrolling when bored was the worst thing for my productivity, energy levels and mental health. Everything improved noticeably after I stopped.
