Sometimes /success is just getting out of bed. It you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or fatigued, remember that you donβt always have to be at 100%. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to take a break. You are allowed a mental health day, a Netflix binge, etc. you are allowed to just be. The most successful people on the world know when to take a vacation and give themselves a reset. You can take a day if you need it.

I totally get it. Some days, getting out of bed feels like climbing Mount Everest. But hey, we all have those days. Just take it easy, watch some Netflix, and recharge. You'll be back at 100% soon.
