The last few weeks have been a complete sensory overload—too much of a good thing can wear you out just as fast as the bad. Travels, holidays, excitement—it’s been non-stop. As much as I try to resist the stable, “boring” routine, I have to admit it’s exactly what I need to feel grounded and recharged. Right now, I feel like a kid who’s had way too much sugar and just desperately needs to sleep. 2025 is already shaping up to be a busy year—exciting, but busy. I really need to get a solid work-life balance in place before I find myself flailing and directionless taken by a chaos. It’s time to set myself up for the year ahead before it runs away with me.
