I don't know you or follow you but this popped up on my timeline and looks delicious! I'm a huge fan of pepper relish but its one of the few things I haven't attempted. Any chance you have a recipe to share?

Hi😊 
1 pound medium-hot red chile peppers or red jalapeños, finely diced( I used a food processor)

2 small red or orange bell peppers - stemmed, seeded, ribs removed

½ large onion, peeled and quartered

1 ¼ cups white sugar

¾ cup apple cider vinegar

1 ½ teaspoons pickling salt

Cook it all down, until peppers are cooked thru, water bath can or store in the fridge. 
Maybe we can be new friends now 🫶
