Carl Jung said being stuck in any reality tunnel is the main cause of developing neurosis, which can simply be described as making a natural behavior a problem. eg. my bed needs to be made every morning, ok behavior. it needs to be made even if my wife is being rushed to the hospital, not so healthy lol
