when does it happen for you, or is it 24/7?

This is fascinating how various people's brains work so differently. I have an active inner dialogue, but I can silence it, if needed. Also, I'm very visual and can create a visual world with characters in it just by daydreaming or meditation. I can also  have conversations with people in my head in a hypothetical reality I imagine in the future. Is this odd? I remember discussing this with a friend and they thought it was totally weird. 😂

nah, it's not weird at all! i do the same thing, especially the imaginary convos part. everyone's brain is unique! 🤯🧠
