AI is going to fundamentally change the Talent landscape. I think about it similar to the automation of the assembly line. As AI improves we’ll see the Talent workforce slim down and we’ll be able to do so much more with less.

You can be hyper specific on the type of people you interview so you don't waste time. But at the same time, waste a bunch of time not hiring the people that might have had the skills had you interviewed them in the first place.
