My boy @ike and I were looking for farcaster alpha over a year ago. I feel we may have been too early. Am I wrong?

What’s your mix of non-fiction / fiction reading consumption? 50/50? 70/30? 30/70?

Have been doing the same for the last three weeks and it’s felt amazing. After getting through the initial tweaker phase I rarely even check desktop now. Have noticed my focus go up drastically. Godspeed brother.

Bill Gurley recently wrote a piece about how now may be the best time in recent history to start building a company What are some of the biggest problems that remain unsolved, I.e. potentially huge opportunities?

I’m sure this may already be a thing in some cases, but it could be a unique incentive structure Good engineers are critical to a platform and are typically rewarded equity compensation What if a sliver was allocated to the top non-employee growth contributors?

Engaged early users are critical to the growth of new platforms In crypto, they have in instances been heavily rewarded via token airdrops Could we see this concept carry over to non-crypto (and even crypto) entities in the form of “equity airdrops” ?

This is almost exactly the concept I have in mind. The idea isn’t that it’s just a cheap place to stay but also a place to congregate, meet people, work, etc. But geared toward travelers/remote workers.
