Never tried Arc so I don’t have any attachment hangups. Most ardent critics seem to be previous Arc power users.

My biggest takeaway from trying to do organic distribution for an app in the past month has been that the work actually needs to start long before the app goes live. 

Earning goodwill in indie communities, testing hooks on TikTok, noting what’s working from other public experiments save you a lot of time when you do go live.

Watch Sinners — it’s a movie that deserves to be seen on the big screen, and worth it imo.
