What does ICO, IEO, and IDO all mean❔ These are all methods of launching and distributing a project’s token to the public. TGE (Token Generation Event) The TGE is the moment when a token is officially created and becomes available for distribution or trading. It’s like the “birth” of the token. → After the TGE, the token can be bought, sold, or traded on exchanges. → Think of it as the main event where the token enters the world and gets into people’s wallets. How ICO, IEO, and IDO Relate to TGE These are different paths to the same goal: launching the token (TGE). ICO (Initial Coin Offering) → The TGE happens when people buy the token directly from the project, and it’s generated and sent to their wallets. IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) → The TGE happens via a centralized exchange (like #Binance). After the exchange sells the token, it’s officially generated and distributed to buyers.

IDO (Initial DEX Offering) → The TGE happens on a decentralized platform (like #Uniswap). The tokens are created and traded immediately on the blockchain. Most launchpads for TGE focus on running IDO, IEO, or ICOs because these are the methods to distribute tokens during the TGE. For example: → Binance Launchpad (IEO) → Polkastarter (IDO) → Coinlist (ICO) So, if you’re looking for a #TGE Launchpad, it means you’re also looking at platforms that specialize in ICOs, IEOs, or IDOs.
