Depends! Some ppl need to be schooled and (micro)managed. Others keep going and are even more effective. I love working remotely. (PS: Productivity is a trap)

that is absolutely true! I never worked remotely so far. But i agree with you that productivity is a trap. I believe in getting things done not really in completing the hours.
