Parenthood has introduced new time constraints into my life. One area this has thrown me for a loop is working out. Would love guidance on how to think about building a workout routine for 30 min every day.

the only way I can fit it in is by going at 4pm-5pm before daycare pickup. with a newborn it’s much harder but you get good at finding small gaps of time
