As there are many users asking about being not eligible, here are the very transparent criteria we used for Season 1 to keep things fair for everyone. 

These criteria may change for any future redemptions so this does not mean that multiaccounting to a certain limit is always safe. We have been very open since the beginning that cheating by multiaccounting will be caught since it is taking rewards away from other users.
