On Twitter, @MINHxDYNASTY suggests not playing and only staking if you have less than $100k, which you'd use to upgrade to Level 10 and have a constant rotation of 22 Basic seeds. Is this the general consensus? Am I just burning money with rolls of 5-8 pico seeds?

can you walk me through the thought process here? youβre playing for XP, not xYield APR imo.

The thought process is that without harvest bonuses, chests and other perks from the higher level valleys, you're burning too much YIELD to gain XP. Likewise once you have Level 10 or 15, you need to max farming basic or premium seeds. It comes down to how much the Gold we get from XP is worth.

I have 1558 XP. Would I have been better off just staking the YIELD I've been using to play? The YIELD I lose means I don't get any token appreciation of staking yield on it. It's an opportunity cost and potentially a big one.

but itβs only taking into account phase i of the game you need level 3 to mint an adventurer in phase two, but you can use locked yield for that iirc

I hadn't heard that locked yield might be useable for valley levelling. Do you remember where you saw that? That would change the calculations rather drastically in favour of farming I think. I have 1320 locked YIELD, but don't really expect to get access to much of it.

I don't know how much to take Phase 2 into account because so much is unknown. How much will it cost to access an adventurer? What benefits will that bring? It still feels ponzi-ish, so I'm not expecting it to last all that long and don't want to be the one left holding the bag.
