Warum erst nach 2. Straftat? Allerdings habe ich Zweifel bzgl. Umsetzbarkeit. Wir schieben z.B. nicht ab, in Länder mit Todesstrafe, wenn die Staatsbürgerschaft unklar ist oder polit. Verfolgung droht. Leider nicht ganz zu Ende gedacht & daher eher nur Wahlpropaganda.😏
