## outlets are π£π€π© ugly 1/5. in my opinion, services are should be celebrated, not hidden. it's pretty amazing what we can do inside our homes and it's largely because of the adaptability of modern outlets. but, if you really, really hate the look, here are some alternatives (along with my unsolicited opinions).

2/5. System 22 from Bocci https://22system.com/ They are so pretty :) IN A CATALOG. At $270 per outlet these are an investment (compared to $10 for a standard outlet). Installation is really finicky. Drilling a perfect circle through tile, stone, or wood; lining it up with a junction box; and floating a ring of plastic with zero margin is not for the faint of heart. I have pictures, believe me. Use it for a year and see if it holds up. At the end of the day, it's plastic and plugs are metal. Who do you think is going to come out on top?

3/5 Unifit Outlet by Prado https://prado.com/us/products/unifit-outlet/ Basically the same as above, but 1/3 of the price. This outlet uses a different installation system, similar to an old-work box. Since it comes with a pre-wired plug (no junction box) it's actually pretty interesting. I could see this being useful to bring power to a desk or night stand. I admit to being curious.
