I hate that I feel this way but Miami is deteriorating at the periphery.

It’s becoming a city that is only worth experiencing at a handful of cores.

E.g. Wynwood, Coral Gables, Brickell, some beaches.

I have only gone back to visit three times since 2008. It always feels like an evolving Vegas, which, I have only toured once since 2008 and I live within 4.5hrs of it. The salt water is warm, that's always nice, but a given.

Wondering if I should provide an answer/feedback in Spanish or English first. 😅
