Did you find anything that works really well to separate signal from noise in your own head/body to figure out if it's coming from the heart? 

Bc agree listening & following intuition 'despite X' (x being opportunity, market sentiment, community,...) is a great way to build something 'true' - but there's a huge gap between hearing your intuition & then taking the leap acting on it. 

Super curious if you have any concrete tips/things you've found help you get closer to "truth"
