Im building an app that requires you to link your Warpcast account. I'd like to create a second Warpcast account that I can use to test. It's a P2P game and I'd like to play against myself. 

Any easy way to do that?

Yep! Just logout of Warpcast and make another. Sign in and out via seed phrase for each account. I also think there are some clients that allow multiple account management
