For anyone who’s fasted for 24 hours, what’s your top advice for getting your mind off food?

drink a lot of water whenever you feel hungry or think of food, drink water separate yourself from anyone eating as much as is reasonably feasible know that it is not negotiable, you are not going to break the fast, so thinking about food is only going to make it harder, so just don't more: https://paragraph.xyz/@jake/3-days,-no-food,-no-phone

thank you for your advice. also, great write up about your personal experience. i usually don’t eat breakfast, so technically I’d be fasting for an additional 10 hours than usual. strangely, im finding myself with hunger pains earlier. time to get my mind off food with some water. 🫡
