I think Farcaster is Ethereum Twitter and will be valuable for that reason. It’s a messaging protocol that runs alongside a crypto protocol.

Interesting take. Hadn’t thought of its value prop being that it runs alongside Ethereum. But does makes sense. Do you think every crypto protocol will want to build a messaging protocol too? For example, Lens on Polygon.

Sounds like it’s trending there. I’d much rather see a multi chain solution but I suppose txs have to settle somewhere.

💯 Fundamentally, It is the time provenance, chronology, of txns(speech) that seems to want to settle in a blockchain(as the substrate to create strong "common knowledge"). Probably the reason this was forecasted a while back: https://twitter.com/naval/status/1349650078890299393
