For anyone who’s fasted for 24 hours, what’s your top advice for getting your mind off food?

I did a 3 days fast and many 1 day fasts. It helps to drink black coffee or green tea. And if you do a longer fast than a day, drink water with a pinch of salt. P.S. You can’t get your mind off food, just your decision to fast will keep you “off food”.

If you find it “too disgusting” though haha, try putting some salt on a tea spoon and then chugging some water. Gets electrolytes in the body :)
