Longevity is about positive feedback loops. Stop eating early in the day → sleep better with higher HRV → more resilience the next day and greater ability to fast → stop eating early again.

Fasting has a lot of health benefits and a lot of people aren’t really informed, lowering insulin levels, reducing bloating etc
