Can’t wait to have that mansion on that private island with a helipad and landing area for my jets.

i'd settle for a helipad, much simpler

landing strip for jets needs to be long and maintained, on an island soil might not be ideal so cost will go up, you're looking at $1-5m for that alone

I think that’s pretty cool, I also would like a jet eventually but haven’t worked out which one.  
Who knew landing strips were so expensive to maintain? 

Are you into cars too? What’s your dream car?

Well I do want my own plane eventually (nothing fancy, something like a Hondajet or a Pilatus PC-24) and it would be nice to have your own strip

but cost and maintenance are not worth it
